Solid stay near the university
great location comfortable space smooth access great convenience
The location worked well, as it was near Queen's University and several shops. The room had a nice layout. The entry details worked perfectly. I had no trouble accessing the hotel. I found plenty of tea, coffee, and milk, a great convenience.
The street was a little dark. Though it was safe, it might bother some travelers.

The kitchen was well-equipped, offering practical amenities for preparing meals. There was even a washing machine alongside equipment for ironing clothes available to guests, ensuring comfort. The shared kitchen was convenient. I could easily make breakfast.

basic stay with SOME issues
damp smell thin walls
the room felt SMALL. the bed wasn't especially comfortable. a persistent damp smell lingered. i also heard noise from other guests. the tv next door was loud early in the morning. it made it hard to sleep well.
